What to do about Mother’s Day?

Infertility and Mother’s Day

Back when I struggled to get pregnant and stay pregnant, Mother’s Day became torturous to me.

If you attend church every Sunday, (Like I hope you do.) you may want to consider staying home on Mother’s Day. After I began to cry during a church service and couldn’t stop, I decided never to go again on Mother’s Day. It eliminated the unnecessary pain of going.

When God finally gave us a child, we were able to go with joy in our hearts for what the Lord had done.

A diamond in the rough,

Nancy
